Quinault Pride Seafood, a tribal seafood processor based on the Washington coast in Taholah Washington announced today that it has acquired an ownership stake in Pacific Harvest Seafood, a Seattle area seafood marketing firm specializing in domestic and global sales of wild salmon and other seafood products from the Pacific Northwest.
“Quinault Pride Seafood and Pacific Harvest have had a strong working relationship for more than 10 years,” says Myrna Figg, President of Quinault Nation Enterprises. “Our investment in Pacific Harvest allows Quinault Pride Seafood to expand our product marketing beyond regional markets, extend seasons and grow revenue. We’re excited to add to our internal marketing capabilities and look forward to adding jobs with more consistency to the local economy.”
