Congressmen propose PUGET SOS Act

Last weekend at the Salmon Homecoming Celebration in Seattle, U.S. Reps. Denny Heck and Derek Kilmer announced proposed legislation called the PUGET SOS Act, which would designate the Puget Sound a nationally significant body of water under the Clean Water Act and align federal agencies for its protection.
